Welding electrodes Monolith M-347

AWS A5.4: E347-16
CSA W48:E347-16
EN ISO 3581-А-E 19 9 Nb R 1 2
Terms of use
  • welding is carried out in all spatial positions with direct current of reverse polarity or alternating current from a transformer with an idle voltage of 50±5 V;
  • welding should be performed in a short arc without transverse oscillations.
Special properties
  • excellent mechanical properties of the deposited metal and increased corrosion resistance in aggressive environments at temperatures of up to 450 °C (842°F);
  • chigh welding and technological properties, low spatter, easy slag removal and seam formation with a smooth transition to the base metal were noted.
Monolith M-347 electrodes are designed for welding of austenitic corrosion-resistant steels AISI304, AISI347, etc., operating in aggressive environments at temperatures of up to 450 °C (842°F). They are used for welding of pressure vessels, pipelines, and equipment parts of the food and petrochemical industries, power engineering and energy industries.
