Welding electrodes Monolith 9018-D3

AWS A5.5: E9018-D3
EN ISO 2560-A-E 50 A Mn Mo B 2 2 H5
Terms of use
  • suitable for welding in all spatial positions, except for vertical downward welding. Use direct current (DC) with reverse polarity;
  • welding should be performed with a short or very short arc length on clean edges.
Special properties

Provides weld metal with high resistance to cold and hot cracking, and low levels of diffusible hydrogen.

The electrodes are intended for manual arc welding of critical and highly critical structures made of alloy steels with increased and high strength, with a tensile strength of 850 MPa.
